“Project Runway: Latin America” is the latin versión of the worldwide famous format “Project Runway”. The Latinamerican version of the worldwide famous format Project Runway.
A reality show where aspiring designers compete for a chance to break into the most glamorous business worldwide: the fashion industry.
The cast consisted of 15 designers from 7 countries: Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, México, Nicaragua and Venezuela.
The contestants compete with each other to create the best clothes and are restricted by time, materials and theme. Their designs are judged by a panel of professionals recognised in the fashion industry. One designer is eliminated from the show each week until only a few contestants remain. These finalists prepare a complete fashion collection for New York Fashion Week. After the runway shows, the judges choose the winner.
The show was shot in Buenos Aires and The Bahamas.
